Having a goal is NOT enough. A goal is a dream put
into action. However, to have a good approach in attaining
that goal requires proper knowledge in order to be attained.
Here are the 5 PRINCIPLES FOLLOWED BY ALL EXPERT.
REMEMBER THE WORD "SMART"
1. S - SPECIFIC
A goal should be specific. If a person wants to have a car, WHAT CAR?KIA,FORD, VIOS ETC.
It should not be BASTA KOTSE. Dapat ito ay SPECIFIC.
Another example, if a person wants to have a big network or organization, how big and how many members?
2. MEASURABLE - a goal should be measurable. Dapat ito ay nasusukat sapagkat nagpapakita
ito na makakatotohanan ang gustong makamit.
3. ATTAINABLE - it means, the goal should be divided into small categories of step by step process
so that it will become attainable.
Example:
Gusto ng tao ng kotse. HOW TO HAVE A CAR?
Ang unang goal nia ay kailangan munang makaalis sia sa mga utang.
kapag ito ay nagawa na, ang sunod niang goal ay magkaroon ng another source of income.
KApag mayroon ng extra source of income, gagawa sia ulit ng multiple sources of income.
kapag malaki na ang kanyang kita, maaari na siang makabili ng kotse.
4. RELIABLE - It should be in a good quality. Ibig sabihin, maganda ang goal ng isang
tao na kung saan ang benefit nito ay para sa ikakabuti. may mga goal na masama tulad ng
revenge or vengeance.
5. TIMEFRAME - kailangan ito ng timeframe. Kung gustong umalis sa pagkakabaon sa utang,
kailangan itong lagyan ng timeframe. kailan?
