ABOUT ME

I’m Ikkan Dana. I graduated on year 2007 with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Cumlaude. I have studied Spirituality in Institute for Consecrated Life in Asia. I also have a background in Theology and have conducted many recollections and retreat. I used to work as Vice President for Institutional Advancement in an online school in our country. I became a project coordinator in a service construction company. I had an experience as field personnel of an enterprise and used to conduct training and seminars.

 I am not good in technicalities. I am a soft skill trainer. I am a content author not a grammarian. My talents in writing and training are developed skill not in born.

         I am telling you this not to brag but to give a little information about me. My journey in Entrepreneurship started in MLM. From there, I am able to build my own business which are traditional in nature. 
Why do I like Multi-Level-Marketing as starting point for anyone who wants to become an entrepreneur? It was my employer before who gave me the idea. Way back 2007, while working hand in hand with the CEO of my former company, he told me, “you only have two options in the economic world, “hire or be hired”, “recruit or be recruited”. 

         Employment is good. I worked as employee before. But today I have my own business hand in hand with a writing job. But most of my business engagements today are traditional in nature. It is because I discover multiple unethical practices in network marketing, which I have been correcting since then. I distributed my own books and manuals about it to establish its moral ground. 

        I am creating multiple sources of income the best possible way I can because I have beneficiaries to support to. I am engaged in training because I love helping people to learn. And most of all, I love seeing people think differently to develop their entrepreneurial mind and to develop their leadership.

I belong to a family of traditional businessmen. My eldest sister has many stores in Robinson malls. While my elder brother has his own service construction company. He is also engaged in product-distribution of many kinds. 
Literally, ako ung naiiba dahil ako yung may gusto sa network marketing as my part time source of income. They do NOT like non-traditional business because of many PREVIOUS bitter experiences in many scam like in “Ahman” where they lost millions and in Multitel where they also lost. MADAMI TALAGANG MANLOLOKO, at according to the “POINT OF VIEW” of financial literacy, madaming maling turo sa industriya (LOCAL).  That is the reason why the different organizations I have built in different companies have their own “training materials”. I cannot state here some of my previous companies as it is a subject for a case. Pwede ako makasuhan doon sa pag gamit ng kanilang pangalan lalo pa ako ay training and service provider din. My materials are composed of “PROPER FINANCIAL LITERACY” and “PEANUT PRESENTATION”, from the legend of Network Marketing in the world. Ako din mismo yung nagtuturo ng “CASH FLOW INCREASE” with minimal capital sa iba’t-ibang mga tao, institusyon at schools kapag nag rerequest sila; MINIMUM OF 35 ATTENDEES.

 I asked help when I started in entrepreneurship. And I asked to be trained by some people who have been in business. This is not in line with my expertise so I need to have an open ear to those who understand it well. My coach did not finish high school. Despite the fact that I’m better than him when it comes to employment experience and educational attainment, I listened to him. I often consult him what to do. That was the reason why I surpassed most of experienced people in my previous companies. The first thing he taught me, “do not entertain skeptic and embrace rejection as if it is your wife”. Your right partners will arrive if they are meant for you. Then he said, the first thing you need to observe in people is ATTITUDE. Even a person has the money to start in business, do not include him in your team if he has an attitude problem. If you do, that person will become a cancer in your organization in the future. And cancer is contagious.

         And finally, I am a volunteer missionary that works in the field. Ito ang dahilan kung bakit sunog ang balat ko. Despite I am a "theologian", I am working as a missionary in a different religious sect which is living a very simple life. Siguro kung matatandaan mo yung mukha ko, makikita mo ako minsan sa tabi-tabi diyan sa NCR doing our missionary activity.

     Kahit galing ako sa may kayang pamilya, I prefer to live a simple life. Hindi naman masama ang bonggang buhay lalo kung ito ay pinagpapaguran talaga ng tao. Nagkataon lang na mas gusto natin yung pamumuhay na simple lang.

      Kung pagka minsan ay nagdadala ng sasakyan dahil kailangan for FAST transaction. But I prefer public transportation as my major way of travel.(THE WAY JESUS DID)

I am building money making machines for a reason PEOPLE WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND till the right time arrive.
